Your plan depends on the property’s type, size and location, your absence, the requested visit frequency, specific installations, additional services and level of support.
Camille supports residences in southwest Mallorca, around Calvià and Andratx and along the coast from Sant Elm to Cala Major, including Port d’Andratx, Peguera, Santa Ponça, El Toro, Son Ferrer, Magaluf, Palmanova and Portals Nous. Other areas of Mallorca are considered on request. Each visit is confirmed according to the address, access and services required.

Personalise your plan with extra visits, property upkeep, arrival preparation and private concierge services. Additional services are selected and priced in your proposal.
Home environment monitoring
Observation of visible damp or mould, agreed occasional airing and visual checks of accessible electrical and plumbing installations. Anomalies are reported; this is not a technical diagnosis or a guarantee that every incident will be detected.
Property reports
A report after each agreed visit, authorised photographs, observations and possible recommendations. The format and delivery channel are agreed in your proposal.
Key holding & property access
Secure key holding under the contractual terms, coordination of authorised access and occasional reception of providers.
Maintenance coordination
Contact with providers, arranging quotations and coordinating authorised repairs or works under the agreed terms. Work, parts, additional travel and providers’ fees are not automatically included.
Arrival preparation
Pre-arrival checks, coordination of housekeeping, preparation of spaces, grocery deliveries and additional services selected for your return.
Additional services
Housekeeping, laundry and linen, garden and pool maintenance coordination, pet sitting, grocery stocking, private chef, airport transfers and personal concierge. Optional services may be billed separately.
Technical work is carried out by competent professionals. Residence Care does not guarantee protection against every loss or incident. Duration, cancellation, payment and renewal terms are specified in your contract; sending a request creates no paid subscription.
