Concierge in Mallorca: preparing a request for your residence
A private dinner and a delivery to a yacht call for different information. A useful concierge request explains the result you want, the location and the timing before exploring the details. The aim is a brief that can be reviewed with the right provider and confirmed with you.
1. Start with the municipality and address
Andratx, Calvià or Pollença: the municipality provides an initial reference when describing your plans. It does not establish the arrangements for a visit on its own. Share the residence address and practical information about reaching the property. Whether the service can be arranged at that address is confirmed with Camille, according to your needs and dates.

Mention known constraints: another provider’s visit, access times or unavailable rooms. If details remain open, identify them as provisional. The first conversation can then distinguish what is already confirmed from what needs checking before an arrangement is proposed. This also helps avoid building a schedule around information that may change before your stay.
2. Distinguish ongoing care from a one-off request
For an extended absence, explain the care required and visits already planned. Dates or visit frequency, the tasks entrusted and the updates expected afterwards are agreed together. A residence-management request starts with that scope, adapted to how you use the house. It can then be reviewed when your plans or the property’s needs change.
For a stay, share arrival and departure dates, expected occupants and rooms to prepare. A one-off request might involve a meal, key handover or coordination with a provider. Explore the Services page to identify what you would like considered, then indicate the priorities and timing that matter for your particular request.
3. Understand who coordinates and who attends
Camille is your contact for gathering instructions and coordinating providers within the agreed arrangement. Cleaning and tidying are carried out by a service provider. Visits can be organised while you are present, during an absence or when works are under way, with the tasks and timing clarified in advance with the people concerned.
The same distinction applies to experiences at home. A private chef prepares the meal; Camille coordinates the request and practical details. For an evening, explain whether you envisage a meal with a chef and DJ or a larger event with a caterer and cocktail format. The possibilities remain subject to confirmation according to your plans.
4. Prepare instructions and access arrangements
Describe the areas involved, closed rooms and points requiring particular attention. Identify regular providers you would like to retain. Shared instructions make it clear which tasks are expected and which decisions need your approval, especially when building works or stay dates change. They also help establish what should be discussed before a visit is confirmed.
Only Camille Obino has access to the residence’s keys and access codes. Keys are kept in a secure place that only she can access. Arrangements for providers to enter are agreed with her. Your first enquiry can describe the support required; access arrangements are clarified afterwards as part of organising care for the property.
5. Confirm dates and responsibilities
Specify your preferred period and what needs to be ready by a particular date. Identify tasks that can be scheduled at another time. This distinction helps organise discussions with providers and recognise points depending on another visit, such as the completion of works. Provisional dates can remain in the plan if they are clearly identified.
Before a visit, confirm the scope, schedule and contact for adjustments. Agree how you would like to receive updates and which decisions remain yours. If something changes, share it in the same conversation so the arrangement can be reviewed with the people involved. This keeps the latest instructions together when several requests are being coordinated.
6. Send a clear first enquiry
A few details provide a starting point: municipality, residence address, period and main need. Add visits already scheduled and outstanding points. If preparing a stay, our article on arriving at your villa in Mallorca can help you gather the relevant details before sharing your priorities with Camille and discussing the next steps.
An initial response is planned within 24 hours. Conversations can take place in French, English or Spanish. For an urgent request, use WhatsApp and describe the situation and how to reach you. The initial response time and arrangements for attendance are separate matters, clarified according to the request and the availability of the providers involved.
